A Cove router bit is essentially the opposite of a roundover bit. Instead of rounding the edge, it cuts an inverted radius out of the edge. This bit is popular for adding decorative edges to furniture legs, and cabinet doors.

Another great feature of our bits is that they are anti-kickback, meaning they have more body mass which minimizes the risk of kickback by preventing the bit from biting too deeply and catching the material. This enlarged body also increases the dissipation of heat and keeps the bits sharp longer.
