Return Policy

There is a 30-day return policy on all merchandise.  Return shipping on non-defective merchandise will be the responsibility of the buyer.  We may be reached for all return issues by email: Click Here to contact us, or call us Toll Free at: 866-774-6500.

A return FedEx label will be emailed to the purchaser or may be sent by US mail.   Once we have received the product a refund will be issued.  Workshop Tools will cover the shipping cost on any defective merchandise.

Packing and Sending Your Return

When sending an item back to Workshoptools.com, please make sure:

  1. Affix the label you received to a shipping container.
  2. Put your original sales receipt or photo copy of the same in box
  3. Make sure the item is in it’s original packaging with all accessories & documents.
  4. Make sure the packaged to protect it against damage in transit.

Warranty and Parts Info

After 30-days, purchases made from Workshop Tools are no longer covered by our Return Policy.  After this time, products are covered by their respective Manufacturer’s Warranty and in most cases, may be brought to an Authorized Service Center for repair.

Workshop Tools reserves the right to refuse any return that does not include a valid store receipt.
